Why is your potato salad so special? Don’t get me wrong, I am *still* in awe of your sheet folding skills so I kinda expect everything you do to be super extraordinary. But I have to ask…what makes it “mean”? 😉
Honestly, I’m not sure. I just make it the way my mom does (basically winging it every time), and people love it. We have friends who always take some home with them because the husband likes it so much. Well, and because the batches are so big.
Maybe I shouldn’t give away my secret, but the dressing is made from Miracle Whip, a little mustard (for color), sugar, and a little milk. No measurements, everything’s done to taste.
